Spring new beginnings

Increasingly the warmer breezes, budding trees, bird song, and fresh growth becken us to follow nature’s lead and begin anew. Our varied traditions that we each hold sacred—whether Easter or Passover—or Spring Equinox and Ostara celebrations, just to name a few, all hold the potential of this magnificent life-giving, perception-altering period of renewal. It is as if our spirits are gently lifted by powers beyond our perception, recognizing that we are so much more than simply humans inhabiting the earth plane, inviting us to deeply honor our spiritual customs and rituals, as we are graced by nature’s splendid gifts. One can’t help but reflect on the brilliance of being able to call this remarkable planet home.

It is therefore hard to believe the state that our planet finds itself in at the present moment, is it not? We need not delve into the details, since most of us surely are painfully aware of the litany of global challenges facing us not only today, but also our children’s generations and well beyond. The stakes couldn’t be higher! Talk of war, extreme weather, geopolitical dynamics, human extinction, and so much more paints a grim outlook indeed. Instead of allowing lower frequencies to gain hold of us however, springtime naturally teaches us to rise above, to rise out of the ashes. We can choose to see this as an invitation…we are invited to heal ourselves and our planet, and we are invited do it now! The answer is all tied to elevating consciousness and each of us has a vital role to play since we are an interconnected human family. Imagine the dramatic transformational shift that would take place if many, if not most, of Earth’s people awaken overnight? Can we not see and taste this possibility? When consumed by the doom and gloom of the day, we, as humans, can surely envision this glorious possibility. It is time to align with the oneness, divine, and universal light that courses through each and everyone of us and allow ourselves to be lifted into a higher state of being, guided by the miraculous potential of the human spirit!
